An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support the Dermatology & Plastics service as a Skin Cancer Results ...
The aim of the post is to support the existing Skin Cancer team. The Skin Cancer Tracker will be integral to the tracking and monitoring of patient results and ensuring all patients meet their target treatment times. This role necessitates excellent communication skills involving liaison with Consultants, CNSs', Secretaries and external hospitals and treatment centres.
Working on your own initiative using knowledge, skills and experience to manage and prioritise workload independently in accordance with operational standards and protocols.
A large part of the role is tracking all surgical patients throughout their patient journey and providing administration and coordination support to Consultants, Cancer Nurse Specialists and other staff involved in the patient's pathway.

Experience
Essential: - Previous Secretarial Experience or Equivalent; - Diary Management
Desirable: - Previous NHS/Healthcare Experience

- Ability to meet tight timelines and deadlines
- Ability to communication both orally and in writing with a wide range of people
- Proven organisational skills

Education & Qualifications
