As a Care Community Manager at Barchester Healthcare, you will hold a critical leadership position to ensure the delivery of high standards of care. Working in collaboration with the General Manager and the leadership team, you will lead a team of carers and senior carers to provide exceptional, person-centred care to residents. Your responsibilities include overseeing care delivery, ensuring care plans are updated, managing medication safely, and ensuring residents receive supportive and fulfilling care. You will also support and develop your team through effective coaching and mentoring. This position is an excellent fit for an experienced care professional passionate about fostering a positive environment for all associated individuals. Key qualifications include a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care and experience leading a care team within a care home setting. Strong leadership and communication skills, alongside a professional, compassionate approach, are essential.
ABOUT THE ROLE As a Care Community Manager at Barchester Healthcare, you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring we continue to deliver the high standards of care we're known for. Working closely with the General Manager and wider leadership team, you'll lead and inspire a team of carers and senior carers to provide outstanding, person-centred care to every resident.
You'll oversee care delivery within your community, ensuring care plans are accurate and up to date, medication is managed safely, and residents receive the support they need to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. You'll also support the development of your team through coaching, mentoring and leading by example.

ABOUT YOU To join us as a Care Community Manager, you'll need:
