Qualifications
Essential
- Good standard of general education/(GCSE maths and English at grade C) and above or equivalent NVQ level 3 or equivalent knowledge and experience or willing to work towards L2 RSA/OCR or equivalent experience
Desirable
- IT related qualification( CLAIT plus or ECDL) NVQ Customer Service L2 L2 Medical terminology Statutory and Mandatory training as per Health Board policy
Experience
Essential
- Knowledge of a range of administrative processes.
Desirable
- Experience of working in office environment. Experience of working within the NHS
Skills
Essential
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of staff both verbally and in writing. Excellent Customer Service skills Flexible and adaptable to changing service demands. Ability to meet deadlines. Good organisational skills

- Proficient in use of Microsoft office applications. Experience of using patient administration systems Experience of organising meetings/activity
