Staff Nurse - Acute Hospital at Home

To be a key member of the Acute Hospital @ Home team in ensuring the delivery and maintenance of a high standard of nursing care that is patient centred and evidence based to patients in their usual residence. A min of 2 years clinical practice with experience in the following settings: General Medicine & Surgery, Orthopaedics, Elderly Care, A/E, Critical Care, Respiratory. Community Experience is also essential.

UKVI Sponsorship: This role is eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route, as defined by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI). We welcome applications from individuals who require sponsorship to work in the UK. Sponsorship will be offered subject to meeting UKVI eligibility criteria.

Education, Qualifications & Training

Essential: - To have a degree in registered nursing; - Registered with NMC; - Evidence of other relevant and recent CPD/ training.

Desirable: - Membership of relevant special interest group.

Desirable: - Experience of working in the community; - Demonstrate an understanding of professional nursing issues and the 6 C's

Skills & Abilities
