Training & Qualification

Essential

  • Educated to A-level or Level 4 qualification or able to demonstrate evidence of relevant experience to this level.
  • Formal secretarial/senior administration training

Experience & Knowledge

Essential

  • Experience / knowledge of the 18-week RTT pathway
  • Experience in supervising a team
  • Able to demonstrate from previous employment history evidence of job-related achievements and success

Desirable

  • NHS experience
  • Knowledge of NHS outpatient and inpatient experience

Skills & Albility

Essential

  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Computer skills including excel and work

Desirable

  • Wider office packages
  • NHS structures and culture
