Specialist Mental Health Practitioner

Demonstrate the clear and effective use of outcome measures for all clients as dictated by the trust.

Complete evidence based assessments/consultation in partnership with the service user and other members of the multi-disciplinary team.

Following appropriate assessment/consultation; develop person and system related care plans to enable recovery.

To develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with children, young people and carers who may at times be in situations of emotional distress.
