You will join the team at Priory Stockton Hall. In this role, you will play a key part in patient recovery, supporting the assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans while ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards of care.
- To provide expertise and leadership in Safeguarding.
- To bring clear focus on the rights of all service users and their families, including the ability to investigate, evaluate and learn from allegations to improve safety, dignity and compassion within the unit.
- To work as part of the Multi- disciplinary Team focusing on prevention, early intervention, building resilience and self-care, reducing and delaying dependency.

Qualifications
Essential
- Essential for the role Social Worker
- Applicants must hold a Degree in Social Work and be currently registered with Social Work England, with completion of the ASYE or equivalent post-qualifying experience. They should have experience managing a caseload independently and undertaking assessments, risk management, safeguarding enquiries, and care planning, as well as working with multi-agency partners. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and policy is required, along with the ability to manage complex cases under appropriate supervision. Candidates must also demonstrate strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills, alongside the ability to produce professional reports and maintain accurate records.
