Closing Date: 23rd August 2026We are currently recruiting Social Workers to join our Children and Young People Disability Team 0-18. Our practice development offer along with management capacity across our teams, ensures you will be guided, supported and cared for.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with children and young people with disabilities and form a meaningful relationship with them.Undertake assessments of the needs of the children and developing care and support plans.Contribute to and coordinate care packages in partnership with health and social care professionals.Support children, young people, and families through the Preparation for Adulthood pathway.Ability and skills to undertake Mental Capacity Assessments where appropriate.Contribute to work relating to Court of Protection Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (CoP DoLS).Promote safeguarding and ensure the wellbeing of children and young people at all timesJoin us and #Make a Difference…The successful post holder will be subject to a Enhanced Childrens’ DBS check.
