• Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling systems.
• Understanding of service delivery, performance management, and operational governance.
• Commitment to confidentiality, quality improvement, and patient-centred care.

Desirable

• Experience working within an NHS, primary care, or GP practice environment.
• Knowledge of primary care clinical and operational systems.
• Understanding of QOF and CQC frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Formal management qualification or equivalent.
• Experience managing facilities and/or multi-site operations.
• Experience in project management and service improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting digital transformation and operational change.
