- To support implementation of the NHS Long-term workforce Plan, NHS People promise, national and regional clinical workforce initiatives in line with ESNEFT Clinical Strategy
- To collaborate with senior clinical staff, the workforce lead, ESNEFT recruitment and retention teams and the Faculty of Education to design, implement and evaluate clinical workforce projects
- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with clinical areas and key corporate divisions providing support and advice with ongoing projects and initiatives
- Support activities to grow and develop our clinical workforce pipeline
- Support delivery of trust-wide training for medical devices
- Identify and develop resources to support retention of non-medical clinical staff.
- Support Safer Staffing agenda

Qualififcations
Essential
- Registered nurse/AHP (degree level or equivalent experience)
Desirable
- Project Management qualification
- Mental Health First Aider
- Professional Advocate
Experience
Essential
- Proven post qualifying experience in an acute setting
- Experience supporting staff in the clinical environment
- Evidence of managing and improving the patient experience
Desirable
- Previous experience at band 6
- Project management/QI experience

- Ability to think creatively
- Good people skills
