With patient care at the heart of everything we do, recruitment plays a key role in the effective running of our organisation. We have a dedicated recruitment team that provides a recruitment administration service to the Trust.
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic, efficient Senior Resourcing Assistants to join our busy Resourcing team, You will be will be responsible for providing a quality, customer-focused, end to end recruitment administrative service.
You will be friendly with a professional attitude and have the ability to work on your own and as part of a team actively encouraging and supporting colleagues.
This role would suit a dynamic individual who thrives in a busy office environment and is a flexible team player.Previous Recruitment experience would be beneficial; however it is not essential for the role.
The role is very busy, varied and can be quite challenging at times but also very rewarding. If you think you could fulfil this role, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications
Essential
- GCSE or Key Skills level 2 in Literacy
- NVQ3 in Business Administration or Customer Care or equivalent qualification/experience.
- European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) or equivalent qualification/experience.
Experience
Essential
- Experience of working in a busy administrative environment.
- Experience of working within a recruitment team.
- Experience in a customer facing role.
- Decision making and resolving work related issues.
Knowledge
Essential
- Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Good understanding of general office working procedures.
Desirable
- Awareness of current issues within the NHS.
- Knowledge of recruitment related employment law

- Excellent level of verbal and written communication.
