Senior Management Accountant

Agincare is looking for a talented and fully qualified Senior Management Accountant to play a pivotal role in our finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a meaningful impact across a growing organisation. Working between our Poole and Portland offices, youll provide high-quality financial analysis, support strategic decision-making, and oversee the delivery of management accounting activities. Youll work closely with the Senior Accountant and lead the work of our Management Accountants, helping to drive accuracy, insight, and continuous improvement across the function. You will be managing the month-end process, producing variance analysis, preparing financial reports, and supporting junior staff among other responsibilities. We require a fully qualified ACCA, ACA, or CIMA with 23 years experience in management accounting and experience in a senior or supervisory role. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial systems are essential.
