In this role, you will assist with data entry, record maintenance, reporting, and general administrative duties that support the implementation and day-to-day operation of Scan for Safety processes across the organisation. You will work closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues, helping to ensure that information is accurate, timely, and compliant with NHS standards. Strong communication skills, confidence using IT systems, and a willingness to learn are essential. This position is initially offered as a 24 month Fixed-Term, upon successful completion of a Level 3 Management & Business apprenticeship (within this period), there would be scope to convert this to a permanent contract, including Agenda for Change progression steps. Through a combination of practical workplace experience and structured learning, you will develop valuable skills in healthcare administration, digital systems, data quality, and service improvement. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain a recognised qualification whilst contributing to improvements in patient safety, operational efficiency, and the digital transformation of NHS services. The successful candidate will be supported by experienced colleagues and will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, making this an excellent stepping stone for those wishing to build a long-term career within the NHS.
