Salaried GP

The Practice is looking for a highly motivated individual who will ensure:-

The

delivery of highly effective medical care to the entitled population

provision of services commensurate with the GMS contract

Generic

prescribing adhering to local and national guidance

Effective

management of long-term conditions

Processing

of administration in a timely manner, including referrals, repeat prescription requests, results and other associated administrative tasks

Working days include Thursday and Friday

To work

as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical

services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of

clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract. Furthermore, the

post-holder will adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice,

contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example,

maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the

multidisciplinary team.

a growing practice with a population of over 32,000 patients working within a

purpose built practice in Crewe, Cheshire.

an Emis-Web, Docman , Accurx, paper light practice. We are a friendly, open and

transparent practice whose goal is to provide the highest standards of health

care to our patients through a team approach. We are an innovative, forward

thinking practice with high achievements in local and national targets. We are a training practice and full support

and mentoring is given to the salaried GP team.

current team has a full complement of allied health professionals including, Seven GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Nurse Practitioners, Paramedic, Mental Health

Workers, Practice Nurses, Physiotherapist, SPLW, Pharmacists, Business Manager,

Practice Manager and a complement of highly skilled support staff.

Qualifications

Experience

Desirable: - Minimum of two years as a salaried GP; - Experience of medicines management; - Experience of CCG initiatives
