Practitioner, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care as part of
our friendly and supportive clinical team. Your role will involve a mix of
face-to-face and telephone consultations, as well as home visits where

- Managing

practice.

- Supporting preventative healthcare, chronic disease management, and
minor illness care.
- Working
collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, including nurses, and allied
health professionals.
- Contributing to
clinical meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and practice development.
- The Principal GP supports its staff by
encouraging teamwork and appropriate training to enhance their skills and

to the Lead GP/Practice Manager and will be supported by a team of experienced
clinicians and administrative staff.

We are situated close to the A55 (junction 33) and the magnificent North Wales Coast. Our team comprises of: 1 GP Principle and 1 salaried GP , 1 Part-time ANP, 3 Part time Practice Nurses and a supportive administration team all of whom provide excellent care for its 5400 patients. Our clinical system is Emis Web.
Qualifications
Essential
- Full GMC Registration
- Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in General Practice Included on a Welsh Medical Performers List MRCGP
- Evidence of up to date statutory and mandatory training
