The post holder's key responsibility will betobuild new and existing protocols as well asmaintainexisting configuration.Theywillmanage the system on a day-to-day basisas well as develop and deliver training programmes for nursing,pharmacyand medical teams.
The post-holder will work collaboratively with Haematology pharmacy team and wider directorate to ensure that the SACT e-Prescribing is delivering the requirements of the service and patientcare needs.
The post-holder willhavea focus on patient safety, clinicalgovernanceand service improvementat all times, as well asmaintainclinical knowledge and experience withregular ward and departmental duties, adjusted according to operational needs.The post-holder willutilisetheir independent prescribing qualificationsas part of patient care.

Qualifications
Essential
- MPharm or MSc pharmacy degree.
- Membership of Royal Pharmaceutical Society.
- Post-graduate MSc/Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy.
- Independent prescribing qualification and registration
Desirable: - Project Management Qualification.; - Certificate/Diploma/MSc in Digital Health Transformation (or similar).
Experience
Essential: - Extensive experience of Hospital Clinical Pharmacy.; - Experience of undertaking a significant quality improvement or implementation project.
Desirable
- Line management experience.
- Experience of working with a SACT e-Prescribing System
- Haematology or oncology clinical pharmacy experience
- Experience of Project Management.
