Qualifications
Essential
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Willingness to undertake further Professional Study Days.
- Awareness of NHS plan targets relating to patients who attend the unit.
- Knowledge of Trust policies and procedures.
Physical Skills
Essential: - Physically capable of performing the role and responsibilities expected of the post holder e.g., manual handling of patients.
Aptitudes
Essential
- Able to use initiative to cope in a variety of situations.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to maintain effectiveness under pressure.
- Able to work as part of a team.
