Qualifications
Essential: - Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
Knowledge
Essential
- Evidence of relevant post basic study
- Able to make judgements based on evidence based practice and translate this for use in the ward environment
- To be able to demonstrate understanding of current developments in the NHS and their implications for nursing and quality care for patients
Aptitudes
Essential: - Professional/role model; - Flexible; - Good interpersonal skills; - Ability to motivate others and maintain own motivation
