Regional Support Manager

This Regional Support Manager role at Avery Healthcare involves supporting the Regional Director in overseeing a group of care homes to ensure excellent operations and performance. Key responsibilities include maintaining compliance and standards, standing in for General Managers when needed, identifying challenges, and recommending solutions in collaboration with the Regional Director. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in Care Home management, ideally a clinical background or strong clinical knowledge, experience in regional support for homes, strong staff supervision and development skills, and hold NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Care for Care Homes.
