All aspects of recruitment administration and for providing excellent levels of service to candidates and hiring managers on their journey through the recruitment processes which may include -- but not limited to -- offer process, completion of pre-employment checks in line with local policies and NHS Employers' guidelines

Issuing official documentation (such as unconditional offer letters and contracts) whilst completing the end-to-end processing via local software such as ATS, Microsoft Office products, ESR, etc.

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust provides joined-up mental and physical healthcare for around two million people across our communities. Across Hampshire, our community hospitals provide inpatient rehabilitation as a step down from acute care, and our dedicated teams also staff Treetops Sexual Assault Referral Centre in Portsmouth, offering expert, compassionate support.

Qualifications

Essential

  • *Knowledge of HR systems and procedures, e.g. recruitment, terms and conditions, acquired through NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience

Experience

Essential

  • *Experience of working within Recruitment Sector within a high-volume and specialist resourcing, recruitment market ideally within healthcare.
  • *Competent in the use of applicant tracking systems and human resources information systems.
  • *Receive questions and provide an accurate response to questions about recruitment transactions.
  • *Good verbal and written communication; able to communicate clearly and effectively on a range of resourcing matters.
  • *Provide and receive routine information with tact and empathy.
