We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Radiology Assistant to join our expanding Lung Cancer Screening (LCS) Service . This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic team helping to detect lung cancer earlier and improve outcomes for patients across Oxfordshire.

This is a mobile service, and the post holder will be required to work in the Lung Cancer Screening mobile CT unit at locations across Oxfordshire. The ability to travel to sites throughout the county is an essential requirement of the role.

Clinical Support

Operational Responsibilities

Follow infection control and radiation safety regulations

Work under the direction of the radiographer and/or nurse

Adhere to Trust policies

Participate in departmental, Directorate audit and clinical governance within scope of practice and under guidance of the senior team.
