We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and approachable Quality & Governance Officer to join our team. You will work closely with the Manage...
- Facilitate Practice meetings, including agendas, minutes, action logs and follow up
- Organise Practice events and Protected Learning Time (PLT) sessions
- Coordinate internal communications, announcements and website updates
- Maintain complaints, significant events, safeguarding documentation and governance actions.
- Manage recall processes on Abtrace for QoF, IIF and Enhanced Service requirements
- Act as the first point of contact for in house IT queries and coordinate their resolution
- Coordinate in house premises checks, including PAT testing, fire alarm checks and medical equipment calibration
- Keep TeamNet up to date and monitor completion of premises, HR and governance checks by the relevant teams.
The successful
candidate will play a key role in supporting and maintaining high standards of
quality, compliance and governance across the organisation. You will work
closely with colleagues and senior leaders to ensure that policies, procedures
and processes are effective, consistently applied and continuously improved.

actively support GP trainees and foster a culture of learning across the whole
team.
Experience

- General Practice Experience
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify issues and inconsistencies.
- Experience working with policies, procedures, audits, risk or quality improvement.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to work confidently with spreadsheets and data.
