- As part of specialty triumvirates, to provide leadership and senior management support to specialities across the Division.
- To provide expertise in change management, service development, budget management, workforce planning and supporting the delivery of high-quality services.
- To be responsible for delivering local and national performance targets and objectives.
- To influence and lead on the strategic development and improvement of services in conjunction with the Divisional Management Team Medical Director, Divisional Director of Operations, Divisional Director of Nursing.
- As part of specialty triumvirates, to be responsible for the management of clinical governance and workforce processes.
- To engender a positive working environment, with the senior management team, yielding positive results for our patients.

Education, Skills and Experience
Essential
- Degree in Healthcare Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years leadership experience in service / operational management
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience of Operations Management, Performance Management and Service Development
- Experience of workforce planning and business cases
- Proven change management skills and experience
Desirable
- Experience of working with clinical specialties
- Knowledge and understanding of governance and risk management in the NHS
