As our Central Private Healthcare Administrator, you will be:
- Managing administration associated with online bookings for self-pay and insured patients.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Responding to patient enquiries via telephone and email.
- Producing quotations using CRM systems and supporting private patient sales activity.
- Managing referral letters and associated documentation.
- Updating and maintaining patient information across CRM and PAS systems.
- Supporting private healthcare teams across multiple sites remotely.
- Delivering a professional, responsive and empathetic service to patients.
- Assisting with mailbox management and general administrative support activities.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve the patient experience and service efficiency.

We are looking for someone who can combine exceptional customer service with strong administrative skills.
You will have
- Experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- A professional, empathetic and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience within a hospital, healthcare or patient-facing environment desirable
- Knowledge of the private healthcare market - desirable
What you can expect in return
- A full-time equivalent salary of £28,000
- Work 30 hours per week
- 12-month fixed term contract
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
