This role is 22.5 hours, 3 days a week.
We understand the need for a positive work, life balance and would be happy to discuss flexible working for the right candidate. Additionally, a travel allowance may be available to support commuting between the sites.
- Provide assessment, treatment, and management of challenges to physical abilities
- Function as a key therapist to ensure active co-ordination and management of the therapeutic timetables and programmes to achieve the clients agreed rehabilitation goals
- Ensure accurate documentation of assessment, treatment, and outcome measures
- Be a great team player and be willing to go that extra mile for your clients and their family
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with people with cognitive impairment and communication difficulties
- Liaise with family, carers, and significant others where appropriate to ensure clients needs are met to a high standard
- You will be supported by experienced and skilled senior staff, and have protected training, CPD and peer support time within your job

Qualifications
Essential: - HCPC registration
Experience
Essential: - 2 years postgraduate work experience; - Experience of working within a neurological rehabilitation setting
Skills
Essential: - Full UK Driving License and access to a car
