  • Handling incoming calls promptly, professionally, and courteously
  • Making outgoing calls on behalf of the practice
  • Welcoming patients and visitors at reception and directing them appropriately
  • Supporting the team with general administrative duties as required
  • Maintaining strict patient confidentiality at all times
  • Adhering to all practice policies and procedures
