An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated trainee Paediatrician (ST4 or above) with an interest in service development and simulation to join Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust as one of two Paediatric Simulation Fellows for Leeds Children's Hospital (LCH).
The Simulation Fellows organise, run and feedback weekly simulation sessions in different departments, as well as supporting regional courses.
The Simulation Fellows will greatly develop their teaching and management skills, with the opportunity to access further training. They will gain experience in leadership and service development.
There is also the opportunity to work on relevant quality improvement projects which can change practice at LCH.
