An opportunity has arisen to employ up to six full time staff to undertake the administration function of a Receptionist role. The duties will primary...
You will need to work in a methodical and organised manner processing a high volume of work whilst maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
The service hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Qualifications
Essential: - Good general education to GCSE level or equivalent; - Ability to undertake additional training on departmental IT and manual systems; - Computer literate
Experience
Essential: - Previous clerical work is essential, either voluntary or paid
Desirable: - Evidence of substantial clerical experience especially in relation to to filing systems; - Experience and understanding of an Oasis system
Skills
Essential
- Keyboard, windows and mouse skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Able to work to deadlines
- Professional telephone manner

- Reliable work record
- Willing to be flexible around tasks and working hours
