B6 Community Mental Health Practitioner (Nurse) - Brief Interventions

You will be required to take lead and professional responsibility for a number of service users in primary care. This role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You must be committed to delivering a high-quality service, working both independently and as part of our well-established, innovative, and recovery-focused team to meet the needs of service users and their carers.

In addition to managing a defined caseload, the successful applicant will conduct initial assessments for clients referred to the service and support individuals experiencing mental health crises in the community. There are various training opportunities available to enhance skills in delivering low-intensity psychological interventions.
