- Deliver high-quality clinical care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and long-term conditions.
- Independently prescribe medications within your scope of practice.
- Order, interpret and act upon diagnostic tests and investigations.
- Support long-term condition management and proactive patient care, providing health advice, disease prevention and lifestyle advice.
- Refer patients to secondary care and specialist services when required.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Work collaboratively with GPs, practice nurses, ARRS staff, and the wider MDT
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives

Experience
Essential
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- A proactive and compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Desirable
- Experience managing chronic disease clinics.
- Lead on respiratory care, including COPD and asthma reviews, management, and optimisation in line with best practice
- Knowledge of UK primary care systems and pathways.
- Experience using SystmOne.
Qualifications
Essential
- Registered Nurse with current registration with relevant professional body.
- Qualified Nurse Practitioner with relevant prescribing qualification or working towards
