Key Accountabilities

Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and communication of learning programs to ensure smooth delivery.

Maintain accurate learning records and support LMS administration and reporting.

Provide operational and facilitation support for training sessions and learning activities.

Assist with updating and maintaining learning materials and resources.

Deliver responsive support to learners, managers, and training providers.

Collect and report on learning data and participant feedback to support improvement.

Monitor and support completion of mandatory and compliance training requirements.

Actively build L&D capability and knowledge through learning and feedback.

Provide administrative and project support to the broader HR team.

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Learning & Development Coordinator to join our HR Team. In this pivotal role, you'll support the delivery of learning, development, compliance, apprenticeship, and career progression initiatives that help our people grow and succeed.

What You'll Be DoingAs our Learning & Development Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate and administer learning and development activities across the organisation.
  • Manage training schedules, bookings, attendance and learning resources.
  • Maintain learning records and provide insightful reporting on training activity and compliance.
  • Support mandatory training and appraisal completion programmes.
  • Assist with apprenticeship schemes, career development initiatives and mentoring programmes.
  • Manage learning content and communications across internal platforms.
  • Provide excellent support to employees, managers and external training providers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of L&D processes, systems and learner experience.

What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a highly organised individual who enjoys building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

Essential

  • Previous experience in an HR, Learning & Development, or administrative coordination role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information.
  • GCSEs (including English and Maths) and A-Level qualifications or equivalent.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification, working towards CIPD Level 3, or equivalent experience in L&D administration.

Desirable

  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Knowledge of corporate learning and development practices.
  • Experience liaising with external training providers.
  • Understanding of professional development frameworks.
