Qualifications
Essential
- Registered Children's Nurse with current NMC registration. Evidence of continuing professional development. Significant experience supporting children, young people or adults with complex health needs. Highly specialist knowledge of paediatric respiratory care, including long-term ventilation, tracheostomy care, airway clearance and emergency management. Experience working across a range of paediatric settings. Experience leading service development, quality improvement or change initiatives. Experience working collaboratively across multiple agencies and professional groups. Ability to work autonomously and make complex clinical decisions. Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
