Most importantly, you will share our commitment to inclusion, compassion, and continuous improvement, creating conditions where our colleagues can thrive and deliver the very best care to our communities.

We are keen to attract candidates who bring diverse perspectives and welcome applications from the widest possible range of backgrounds, particularly from people currently under-represented at board level in the NHS.
