Are you an Occupational therapist looking for an opportunity to work with patients on their rehabilitation goals. Alton Community Hospital are looking...
To provide clinical assessments of patients who have been admitted to the ward, with a variety of conditions from respiratory, neurological, orthopaedic and MSK origins. You will use the assessment to formulate a goal orientated treatment plans to be carried out as an autonomous practitioner.
To be responsible for own case load and co-ordinate interventions with other disciplines and external agencies as required.
