The main duties of the job include
- Management of employee relations with a strong focus on organisational learning and restorative practise
- Acting as a valued HR advisor and advocate for change, working with services to drive forward improvements
- Driving forward employment policy development so we continue to be an outstanding place to work
- Design and delivery of line manager skills training, in order to develop line manager capability
- Undertaking all duties with a strong commitment to staff engagement and partnership working

- Broad and comprehensive generalist HR knowledge base that includes experience of managing complex cases

- Experience of working in the NHS.

- Experience of working in a HR role. Experience of working without direct supervision. Awareness of HR policies and procedures, HR best practice, employment legislation and equal opportunities issues.
