North London has an opportunity for a Hospital Director to join our team.

North London Hospital, is located in in a peaceful and secluded part of Southgate, Priory Hospital North London is set within a striking Grade I listed building, overlooking beautiful parklands.

It's one of the UKs leading centres for the treatment of a range of mental health difficulties, including addictions, depression, anxiety, stress and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). We also offer private autism assessments for adults.

Priory is the UKs leading independent provider of mental health and adult social care. With 12,000 colleagues and a network of 270 services, we support over 24,000 people each year to live their lives as fully and independently as possible. We treat more than 70 conditions including depression, anxiety, eating disorders and childrens mental health and provide residential and supported living care for autistic adults, people with a learning disability, PraderWilli Syndrome, brain injuries and older people.

Mental Health, Private Sector

Essential

  • Extensive experience within the private healthcare sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience of improving financial performance and delivering growth.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to build, influence and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of both NHS and private healthcare markets.
  • Clinical qualifications are not essential; however, significant private healthcare leadership experience is considered critical.
