Highly Advanced Pharmaceutical Scientist

We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a passion for quality, leadership and service improvement. Significant experience working within a GMP and quality assurance environment.

Expert knowledge of pharmaceutical technology and aseptic services.

A passion for quality, patient safety and continuous improvement.

Strong leadership skills with experience developing and supporting teams.

The ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with a wide range of clinical and operational colleagues.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the confidence to make decisions in complex situations.

Experience managing change, service development or introducing new ways of working.

Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.

A proactive and adaptable approach, with the drive to lead innovation and improvement.

A commitment to developing yourself and others through learning, coaching and professional development.
