Healthcare Assistant

Your patients could be any age, but they'll often be elderly, while others may have been recently discharged from hospital, be terminally ill or have physical disabilities.

The service aims to provide an excellent standard of care that supports patients. In Northamptonshire you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in order to support the service and focus on delivering quality outcomes and improving the patient experience.

Qualification

Essential: - NVQ level 3 in healthcare

Experience

Essential: - Previous experience in a caring environment/role; - Previous experience working within the NHS in a Healthcare role

Desirable: - Previous NHS experience; - Previous Community Healthcare Experience

Skills

Desirable: - Experience using SystemOne Patient electronic Record
