Health Care Support Worker

As a health care support worker on Bluebell you play an absolutely fundamental role in ensuring our patients are well cared for, listened to and supported. Your role would be to provide personal care as required, supporting with nutritional & hydration needs, helping with patient safety and skin integrity under the supervision of qualified nursing staff.

Education & Qualification

Essential: - Good general education/ Literacy & Numeracy or willing to work towards obtaining; - Willing to undertake the National Care Certificate training programme

Desirable: - Holds National Care Certificate; - Working towards or prepared to work towards obtaining an Apprenticeship in Clinical Healthcare.
