The appointee will possess the following knowledge and experience
- - Full GMC registration including entry on the GP register
- Experience assessing pigmented lesions and suspected skin cancer
- Understanding of urgent suspected cancer pathways
- Positive approach to evidence-based practice
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, relatives, clinical colleagues and support staff

Knowledge and Experience
Essential
- Good clinical judgement
- Understand Audit/governance processes
- Experience of minor surgery and/or skin surgery
- Experience of management of suspected skin cancer lesions.
Desirable: - oPrevious GPwER/GPwSI experience; - oPrevious experience undertaking dermatological surgery in a secondary care setting

Qualifications and Training
Essential: - oRegistered with GMC (UK); - oEvidence of additional dermatology training commensurate with a GPwSI/GPwER role.
Additional and Aptitudes
Essential: - oIT skills on all Microsoft packages; - oFluent English speaker
