Food and Beverage Assistant

As a Food and Beverage Team Member at Avery Healthcare, you will play a key role in supporting the dining service and assisting residents with their meals at Alice Court Care Home in Eastbourne. The job involves helping residents choose their meal options, setting dining tables according to standard procedures, and maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining areas. In addition, you'll ensure that homemade cakes, biscuits, and fresh fruit options are readily available in the bistro areas. Ideal candidates should demonstrate high standards of hygiene, possess a Food Hygiene Certificate, and have experience in similar settings, such as restaurants or hotels.
