We seek an enthusiastic individual to join as a Food and Beverage Team Member at Winchester Heights Care Home in Hampshire. Your role focuses on supporting dining services and assisting residents with meals. Responsibilities include supporting residents in meal selection, ensuring dining tables are set as per standard operating procedures, maintaining cleanliness and presentation, and replenishing items like crockery. It also involves ensuring fresh homemade cakes and biscuits are accessible and replenished, alongside finger food and fresh fruit options. Awareness of residents' dietary requirements is crucial.

ABOUT THE ROLEYour focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member is to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals.Other responsibilities will include: Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options when dining. Ensuring that the standard operating procedures set dining tables. Keeping the front of the house clean, tidy, and well-presented and ensuring dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day. Ensure fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas and replenished throughout the day, as well as finger food and fresh fruit options. Being aware of residents dietary requirements.ABOUT YOUTo succeed in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful and accountable in all you do.Our ideal candidate must have: Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene Having experience working in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel would be desirable A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial. Essential
- Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene, experience in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel desirable, a basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial, demonstrate compassion and commitment to the delivery of culinary services to residents
