EPRR Support Co-ordinator

As an EPRR Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the operational readiness of specialist emergency preparedness assets across the Trust. You will coordinate the maintenance, servicing and assurance of specialist vehicles, equipment, PPE and consumables, ensuring compliance with national standards and organisational requirements.

The role involves managing asset records and equipment databases, supporting training exercises and operational deployments, coordinating logistics across multiple sites, and working closely with internal teams, external partners and suppliers. You will also support procurement activities, equipment audits, stores management and the production of compliance and readiness reports.

This is a varied and practical role combining

administrative, logistical and hands-on responsibilities. The successful candidate will be required to travel across the Trust, hold a C1 driving licence, move and handle equipment safely, and work both independently and as part of a wider team to support the delivery of EPRR, SORT and Mass Casualty capabilities.

Education and qualifications

Desirable: - Clinical qualification to the level of ECA or above.

Previous experience (Paid/ Unpaid relevant to job)

Essential: - Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Desirable: - Administrative experience in support of Senior Manager or Project Manager.

Skills, knowledge, ability

Desirable: - Experience working in EPRR, emergency services, NHS operations or fleet management.
