Epilepsy Specialist Nurse

As part of our team you will support the clinical lead in managing patients in the community with Epilepsy.

Your duties will include holding independent nurse led clinics in the community reviewing current medications and how patients are coping with their condition, and giving advice over the phone or virtually alongside, responding to urgent tasks ,home visits to patients , residential and nursing homes, .

Educating the wider MDT in the management of Epilepsy and supporting carers in providing care plans on how to manage seizures.

Working closely with both secondary and primary care in the management of Epilepsy.
