Deputy Manager

The role involves supporting the General Manager in operating a compliant and person-centred care home, providing inspirational leadership, managing staff, ensuring adherence to medication policies, and monitoring resident wellbeing. Responsibilities include completing audits and reports, attending meetings, and monitoring clinical risks. Ideal candidates will have at least two years management experience in a similar care environment, excellent leadership skills, and be communicative and flexible. A DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK are required. This role is a Fixed-Term Contract covering Maternity Leave.

Your focus as Care Home Deputy Manager will be to support the General Manager to operate a compliant and effective person-centred care home which provides a safe, caring and stimulating environment for residents and their visitors, whilst meeting stringent professional and statutory standards and commercial performance targets.
