You'll be working closely with the DDaT Commercial Management Lead to mobilise this function and strengthen our commercial capabilities.
This will include
- Leading the management of DDaT contracts throughout their lifecycle, from mobilisation to renewal and exit.
- Building strong supplier relationships and driving service excellence through effective governance and performance management.
- Identifying opportunities to improve value for money, reduce risk and enhance supplier performance.
- Providing commercial insight and advice to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Coaching and training DDaT colleagues to build commercial awareness, strengthen contract management capability and support consistent supplier management practice.
What you'll bring
As an an experienced commercial professional with a technology background, youll bring the following expertise:
- Experience managing contracts, suppliers and commercial relationships in a digital technology or IT service environment.
- A track record of improving supplier performance and delivering measurable business value.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
- The ability to understand contractual, financial and performance information and turn it into practical actions.
- Excellent organisational skills and the confidence to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
