Construction Programme Manager

The main function of the post is to provide programme management overview of the projects' construction operations and infrastructure projects relating to the following Trust's properties:

o University College London Hospital, 235 Euston Roado Grafton Way Buildingo Cancer Centreo Royal National Hospital for Ear, Nose, Throat and Dental Hospitalo Mortimer Markets Hospital for Tropical Diseaseso Chenise Mewso 170 Tottenham Court Roado Other buildings that support the above hospitals

The project schemes within these properties are complex, multi-year delivery and directly relate to the Trust's strategic objectives.

The post holder will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of schemes listed on the capital programme as issued by the Head of Capital Projects, from conception to post project evaluation, including the appointment and management of external consultants and contractors taking place in the above properties. These projects across these properties vary in complexity and scale to the rest of the projects in the portfolio.

It is particularly important that the current team is operating efficiently and that there is minimal duplication and/or waste in current operating procedures.
