The successful candidates will join the team at Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Wellbeing Service. Working as part of the Step 2 team, we will offer numerous prospects for learning and development through strong team support, clinical supervision, and integration with our Step 3 team. In addition to this we offer a comprehensive employee package including the opportunity to work flexibly across the locality.

This role will entail taking time to build up trust and effective relationships with individuals and representatives of community groups and services. We hope to receive applications from those who would be looking to stay for at least 18 months - 2 years which will provide some consistency.

Qualifications

Essential

  • You must be a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner who can provide evidence of at least two years of post qualification experience working within the PWP role. You will have completed the PWP Supervision Training. You will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of how anxiety and depression present in Primary Care. You will also be either BABCP or BPS registered.

Experience
