- Provide clinical oversight and review of neurodevelopmental assessments, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency and clinical decision-making.
- Support assessors through clinical supervision, case consultation and MDT discussions, offering expert guidance and second opinions where required.
- Lead CPD and training initiatives, sharing specialist psychological knowledge and promoting best practice across the wider clinical team.
- Maintain clinical standards through quality assurance, report reviews, governance activities and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications
Essential
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and current HCPC registration
Experience
Essential
- Experience working as a qualified Clinical Psychologist in a neurodevelopmental or mental health service
- Experience delivering neurodevelopmental assessments
