Job description

Join the Future of Clinical Administration Clinical administration is changing, and we're leading the way. We're transforming the way administrative s...

Whether you're an experienced administrator or looking to bring transferable skills from customer service, hospitality, retail, finance or another fast-paced environment, we're looking for organised, motivated and people-focused individuals who want to build a rewarding career in healthcare administration.

We recognise that flexibility is important

With vacancies available across Treliske Hospital, Pydar House, St Austell Surgical Hub, St Michael's Hospital and West Cornwall Hospital, we're recruiting to a wide range of full-time and part-time opportunities within our Clinical Administration Service.

We offer a variety of working patterns, including weekday-only roles, rotational 7-day services, evening and weekend opportunities. Whatever your circumstances, we'd encourage you to apply.

Our recruitment process

To give candidates the opportunity to explore the full range of opportunities available, we are recruiting all Clinical Administration roles through a single recruitment process.

If shortlisted, you'll be invited to attend our Talent Assessment Centre where we'll discuss your preferred locations, working pattern and the roles you'd like to be considered for, helping us find the opportunity that's right for you.

When you apply, you will be applying to the Band 3 Clinical Administration Talent Pool rather than a specific vacancy. If shortlisted, you will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre at The Knowledge Spa, Truro, on Saturday 31 October 2026.

The assessment centre will provide an opportunity for you to demonstrate your skills, experience and strengths through a variety of activities, while also learning more about our new Clinical Administration Service and the roles available.

During the day, we'll discuss your experience, interests and career aspirations with you and identify which of the available opportunities you would like to be considered for. This allows us to match talented individuals to the roles that best suit their skills, strengths and future ambitions.

We encourage you to apply regardless of your preferred working pattern, and if shortlisted, we'll discuss the opportunities available and the options that best suit your circumstances at the Assessment Centre.

Please reserve Saturday 31 October 2026 in your diary should you be shortlisted, as attendance at the Assessment Centre will be required.

If you're looking for a career where your skills can make a genuine difference, we'd love to hear from you.
